IVE DOWNLOADED, AUTHENTICATED, INSTALLED DIRECTX, EXTRACTED FILES INTO THE COMBATARMS FOLDER. NOW THE GAME WON'T EVEN START.

Not game, the one with all .dlls
and did you download the latest one?. For EU.
