need some help here

so yea , anytime i i try to download Rave's ded hack i get this message pop up

and just so u know , ive downloaded stuff here before , but this is my first time ive seen this pop up

Is your account verified completely??

Click on home.Then you will see a similar meesage.Click on resend validation email.It will ask for email.You click ok and they will send you an email. Go to email and click on validation link.
