MW2 De-Rank

Hello Everyone i was wondering if there is a hack out there that will allow me to de-rank someone? Like i could invite my friend to a lobby and then make him level 1 and no prestige or what ever level and prestige i want to make him. If there is could someone maybe create a tutorial or even just link me the hack and ill try and figure it out on my own and then post a tutorial for everyone.

Thank you!

P.S- im a noob to this site and was really unsure where to post this! If maybe a mod could move it to the right section if i put it in the wrong section that would be amazing, Thanks in advance!

This is not possible to DeRank someone else apart from you. But you can mod a lobby and allow people to rank up into different prestige levels with one shot.
