Renaming

I was wondering, if i rename the scope file of the M107 to the L96A1, will it double zoom?

I don't do modding or shit but is there 2 different files for the scope? if so then just try the double Zoomed 1
if there isnt shouldn't it work like a normal mod?

if not, then try it since the scopes been moved
with the scope files being moved, that means they've edited their Scope file idk what it is

Renaming the files itself wont work... Unless you can find some hidden scope files

This is a OLD question, the answer is a big NO, but there is for sure some way to make the double zoom or get more zoom in ur scope, don't ask me cuz i don't know, and i think should be a hex editing or something like that.

If you rename the M017 scope as the L9 scope, It'll make the L9 scope look like an M107, but no, it won't zoom twice.

If you rename the L9 scope as the M107 scope, It'll make the M107 scope look like an L9, and yes, it will zoom twice.

I wonder if i gave you a hint at all....
