COD6:MW2 Sound Mods

Hi all, I've recently had an idea that I think would be fun.

I have the complete sound packs for both Duke Nukem ("come get some","let's rock" etc) and Quake ("double kill", "l-l-l-ludicrous kill" etc) and I thought it would be cool to mod my MW2 install so that when I achieve a double kill or a killing spree etc. it played the appropriate file.

Does anyone know how to do this or where I could find a util to let me do this??

I've seen 5 flags i've never seen before today, and I found out that they were called random names.
For instance, one was "Holy See" which was apparently in Europe.
