Hack Request - FSSB

I've been on and off with this game lately and so far since last summer I don't see anyone hacking.

But people are still time hacking and speed hacking in Free Zone.

A lot of people are doing it but I just can't find out how to do it. All I know is that you need CE and do something with it.

Any help would be appreciated.
