I found it while searching MapleStory Auto-Looter at google. You have to sign up. When you download it scan it. I don't know if it's patched or so. If your computer detects the hack as a virus, you can either turn off your anti virus or delete it. I never used that sites hack before.

Yes you can try googling it and hope to find one. Theres a lot of maple story hacks out atm.
