i have a website i need a webhosting service thats really good and cheap and has cpanel were i can put vbulletin please help thx

I'm not completely sure by what you mean.
A VB license costs about $170 alone, so you'll need that.
And the VB itself is another $20. Then you don't use a CP to upload it.
You have to use the FTP information that they give you, then allow it through the mySQL.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about, go look it up.

Well if you don't have the money for hosting (but for a $200-ish VB), try bplaced.de and square7.ch. Both are run by the same guy (I'm acquainted with him *proud*) and should be more than satisfactory unless you intend to have something big. But they do require you to know what you're doing (at least the basics about ftp, phpmyadmin, using htaccess files (to remove the errordocuments with ads). If you use square7.ch you will get more space & stuff, but you will also get injected ads into your page (but again, if you know enough about html you should be able to remove them).

I would suggest IX web hosting. They have an excellent customer support and are reasonable priced. I am personally very satisfied with their services and there is really nothing to complain about. So check their offers maybe this is the right web hosting company for you too.
