Engine.exe - d3dx9_43.dll Missing

My other account got deleted, so I'm using this new one...

I get this
whenever I try to start up combat arms after running the x64 Pub.

I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit.

EDIT: I just found a thread dedicated to this. Sorry to waste anybody's time.

google it ,download, then put into COMBATARMS folder
