Its a free server for the people who are to cheap to buy the game and play on the "Legit" servers.
Cracked servers run off peoples private Computers and tend to crash often
and need constant updates as they usually have tons of bugs ^_^

no. wrong. cracked servers are normal servers that have a crack applied to them, allowing people with illegal copies of the game (basically, people with the same cd key) to play on a server. if you have an illegal copy of the game, you can't play on normal servers.

They are not normal Servers, they more then often will have some lag issues
and some minor bugs.
