MPGH Images...

Ok this is a very dumb question, I know, but I never was in this kind of forums (only in the ones in my country) so I need to know how do I put a image in the post I create? I'm talking about those with a little beige bar on top saying:

-This image has been resized. Click this bar to view the full image. The original image is sized 1024x768.

Really newb question, I know but help?

Upload it to an image hosting site (e.g. imageshack.us). Then find the direct link and put that link between the [img] and [/ img] tags (without the space). Don't use the "forum links" or other shit, just get the direct link and use the [img] tags. I would say that a third time but I'm just too lazy.
