[SOLVED]Creating a mod

Hey,
i googled for like 2 hours now but i cant find a tutorial on how to create a new MW2 AlterIWNet Mod. Do i have to create a source and compile it to what-ever? I already downloaded some mods, but i didnt realise how they work.

Hope somebody can help me?

Just look thru some source codes in this section: Call of Duty MW2 Server/GSC Modding - MPGH - MultiPlayer Game Hacking put those in Microsoft Visual C++ and try to change things on them.

First of all, thanks for you answer.
But, how do i compile them to use in my server? Just compile it with VC++?
