If you are trying to get unbanned it wont work, NT made it so that changing the XUID wont work...

Changing your XUID is nearly impossible unless your re-install your Operation System.

Go in c:dows and delete winsxs folder, then restart the windows, run the game, type in the console "com_id and your xuid" and keep pressed CTRL + Q until runing mw2.
