It needs more color , looks like you did most of the work under a color adjustment layer, other then that, not bad

the fractal placement could be better

In all, it's not bad, but... yeah.

nice mabye its a bit to bright like i see it with my eyes and im like ahh to bright mabye tone it down a bit and add some more colour
