What is wrong with my form?

I used addresses from boom's list.

It doesn't work.. can you tell me what's wrong with it?

-Your writing ASM. So
Writes a long, to the address, and it writes the value six. you can't use RAL to write ASM, because its writing at 4 bytes, you need it to write at 6 bytes. Modifie your module. Or don't use it.
