Please help me!

If a game is closed beta, do I keep my account when it is open beta or final or i have to start from the beggining< In other phrase will i keep my level (for example lvl 15) or I have to start again from 0?

Normally you will have to start over, beta's just for testing. Otherwise the game will be unbalanced once the beta is over.

firstly... I think you posted in the wrong section, cuz CF is not in closed beta O.o
secondly... It may vary from game to game, some games may let you keep your level after they make the game open, but other can just delete your character so everybody starts the same.
