About Rival Faction...

I never understand how this works, I'm confuse about missions and RF, someone know what is exactly this?
And please don't post link to crossfire site, I searched everything there and understand nothing.

Yea I want an answer to that too I joined the BL Rival Faction but now what? The only new thing I see is the BL logo when I go to my profile in crossfire site and nothing else

So I'm on GR team, and the mission 5 (?) is saying about to play on DownTown, go there, play, win, I will receive what?
