Acc getting robbed :)

Ok so my friends 2nd LT acc got stolen and he wants to know if theres a wayto get it back? becasue he cant login to it anymore

then when E-mail come to him he kno the pass !! so he can change the pass when he login ... except if he gave E-mail to the one who steal him he can change the account E-mail .. then if he changed .. so IDk how to get baCk
