i cant make an account cause i get a error about dbnull so if you can make one please hit me up on xfire (fluffynerd) or msn (F_ROK@live.com) thank you

Clear your cookies, etc;
Press CTRL+SHIFT and Hit the DELETE button
then clear everything
after that, you'll need to reset your router.
or for starters, go to start > network connections > right click your current connection > repair

if that doesn't work, unplug the power on your router(s) and then repeat the steps
