[Release] Super accurate custom sniper scope (SACS)

I lmaoed at the title. Anyway, I cant even believe I got this to work. But it is for the default l96/m24 scope. It is super accurate, literally the middle dot is one pixel, as accurate as it gets. HUGE thanks to Extravagant for his tut.
