To inject a hack first you will need 3 things
a) the hack's .dll file
b) an injector
c) combat arms
Now run the injector as administrator (if Vista or Win7) and depending on what injector you use click "browse" and find your .dll file
Now run combat arms as as administrator.

3. Run Combat arm
4. INject and Start

the process is Engine.exe (case sensitive)

i would reccomend CN inject just copy paste you dll into the dll folder after extracting the zip and the engine.exe is alreay typed in for you please click thanks if this helped hope u ------>
