Because we're human and our hormones are reacting like normal human beings .
Not all females have this issue , im actually more nice when im on my PMS .
PMS is an excuse for me to be pissed off . Also age does matter when were talking about our puberity .
Maybe the girl likes you one minute then because stupid naturally and hates you .
Maybe you did somthing to offend her without even realising .
