It is a fine account if it's going for 15, and yes 15 USD. it's nothing, but i need it on my paypal to pay for some stuff >.<. Because I got pick pocketed the other day and my card happened to be in it, so no more money going to the paypal =/.

I can't be bothered to go in a morning (Because they're only open from 8-11 for some reason and get a new one made, and I tried calling it stolen, they kept telling me to just go to the bank and get a new one, and I was wondering about my money AFTER I hung up >.<
