I have a great idea what to edit this. Only if I knew how to make scope mods D:

the dots are To big ugly sory :/

Dots looks sloppy like you drew them with a brush, or didn't do your alpha channel right. try making them 1 pixel width and use a pencil, not a brush, same for alpha channel.
