some one try ipconfig /release & ipconfig /renew and the other...and complaining dont work... REMEMBER: if you have router it dont work! and dont work with all ISP...
anyway , if it dont work , change your mac adresse

with router : go in to your router and check for something like mac adresse clone change 1 thing or more and click " save " ( not clone !!! )
reset your modem and your internet will disappear and come back after 5-10 sec.
but WARNING!!! some ISP hate that!! and you can lose your dns!!
i live in canada and i have cable ( videotron ) 16Mbits i change my router mac adresse minimum 10 time a day and no probleme but YOUR isp is not mine.. so watch out
