New Groups needed?

its not really needed, but name changers / title changer would be bad, since the system doesnt work so well and the staff is having more important job to do like clean the forum to make it super clean super shiny, i think pepole that can change names wouldnt be ad, maybe not a new group, just give powers to all G-mods idk

With vB, you can't set the permissions to allow a certain group to change ONLY a user's display name.

It'd work better if members were allowed to change their names, but set a couple restrictions. They'd have to mod vB, get a plug-in that allows it, or just stick to the current system.
