[RELEASE]Lasermod

Here's my first mod. It's nothing much, but a bunch of people suggested it to me so here it is.

Feature:
Laser attachment for everyone.

Virus Scans:
VirusTotal - Free Online Virus, Malware and URL Scanner
_rank.gsc MD5:910119de6cb920adecdc5ecb7f9b3b0f - VirSCAN.org Scanners did not find malware!

It's simple, I know but lots of people have asked for it.

I think (i nerver tried it yet) you can trace from the Weapons muzzlepoint and test weather it hits something. I don't know if you get the Person who was hit or just the position but in the first case it would be possible.

Also need to remove the uploaded image. Only imageshack images.
