Why was I banned again??

I was logging in to day to find this:


And I didn't get the reason for the ban, "Harm to other users." I mean, wtf did I do? The only thing I found in the rules that deservers a perm ban is: hacking other members, and scamming, and faking virus scans.

I've never been in the market place before, and I haven't uploaded an hack/file/whatever for at least over a month.

So why is my account banned?

i mean...who hasnt been banned from something online for something they did.

then again everyone who is incarcirated if you ask them are innocent also...

i got banned PERM by obama, he thought i was key logged + thought i downloaded a the virus file but i didn't and i proved my innocence and i was unbanned same account im on till this day
