need help acc stoled

my friends account was hacked no pas change but the hacker sell all weapons an buy craters whit all gp
if i know all data for account and if send message to z8games it is possible to recovery the weps and gp ?? pls help

U can't get back ur weaps and equip.

About the account say that to Z8Games, and about the guns, I think don't have how to have back.
