2 Questions

Okay. I know some of the guys around here arent too keen on noobs, so please bear with me. Topic number one: is there any way to mod permanent attatchments? I know, i know. Its a bit of a stretch, but if anyone has ANY info that could assist me, im sure i could figure the rest out. Topic #2: Is there any way to texture mod a model-swap? I came across this while searching the help forums and i found a topic asking this question that got no response. So any help would be appreciated.
