where are the war rock section rules?

just wonderin, u dont have to link them, just describe where its located cuz i may be too drunk at this moment to find them, but i never saw them before either

im curious cuz i posted a thread yesterday or the other day or whenever, n i think it was deleted or something cuz well, its not here now of course :P so wanna make sure i know all the rules so my threads dont get deleted again cuz i had some serious questions there.. thx
