How do i modify Speed & Duplex Value in Network adapter Properties?

How do i go to Network Adapter properties for windows 7 ? Idk how to get there...

I'm trying to do this because i founda guide to speed internet connectin for win 7:

control panel >>>> system and security>>>> device manager under system heading >>>> find your card under Network adapters. I was able to find mine but i have no advanced tab.

You might not either unless you have the same adapter. Gl
