Are we aloud to leach hacks onto Combat Arms hacks if we give proof it works and FULL credits to ALL people who made it + virus scans?

And it must be in a .rar or .zip file with the .rar or .zip file scanned instead of the .dll file.
If the hack has advertisements you gotta take them out. Give credits ETC.
Basically the same rules you would follow making a real .rez mod
You cant have advertising nor VIP features, only semi features.
