Lagg When Hosting...

'Ello there folks,

I have a problem hosting in MW2...

I use map mp_terminal to start my match so I will be host 100%, now the problem is that it freezes every 4 seconds or so,

Play, Freeze, Play, Freeze etc.

Help me?
