[REQUEST] Joker Mod

As you all know, I am a modder, but I think this mod that I want is way in over my head. I want someone to turn any common GP gun, preferrably the G36, into a Joker theme. Like, I want the jokers face on the ammo cartridge or somewhere I can see it good, and a good joker color graffiti splash or something like that. and maybe a "Why so serious" message in cool sludge text (so it looks like blood dripping).
