3.You go on Redeem code
4.You choose Playspan and then you enter the ESN
5.Press Thanks

not workin its says incorrect code i have bought an iteam and it gave me a code

cuz when u look at the code from the "My Profile" section in Playspan then u click on "My Orders" then u click on the order ID: 57CFD4YLYFTRZFB64V8N / XMLKYYNX (Thats mine... already used) then u go on Deposit then Redeem Code then you click on Playspan then you cope and paste the code: 57CFD4YLYFTRZFB64V8N (this is mine, thats the ESN)

If You are Talking About, How To Redeem Your Item, In Z8games After Making A Purchase From PlaySpan, These Are The Steps;

Firstly, Go to the E-mail You signed into PlaySpan With, and Find An E-Mail With A Title Reading "Order Completed Notification For YOUR ITEM NAME HERE"

Within this Email Should Be A Table Such As;

From Here, Copy The ESN Code

Then Log Into Your Z8Games Account

Enter Your Code In The Space Provided.
