to do it on CFNA copy the file RF016 and rename RF016 to RF114 then Hex edit the newly Named RF114 search m16 and under 08 and to the left of m16 change the nubers to 00 then paste the RF016 file back into Rez folder and start game Happy Hacking/Modding
