I've recently encountered some actually good hacks, and ppl are making "semi VIPs" nowadays, and I just think there should be an elite hack section, as there is an elite mod section, because there are too many leechers loitering in our hack section, and they just destroy the game. idc about the post count, i just don't want noobs leeching hacks to destroy CA... there are so many hackers that claim not to be hackers it just agitates me 
E.g. of a "Pub" VIP hack (he's going to release next version with VIP hacks included in it) Gingerbread
this guy is an expert coder and deserves to be rewarded, but leechers are coming here and stealing it for bad use, and I'm sure it's already leeched onto all other rival sites already.

well i think members with 500-1000 posts should be able to hav a section where SOME vip features are allowed

who cares if anybody could get hacks, adds onto Dave's popularity and cash count.
Restricting hacks are stupid, like you said, we started allowing Semi VIP's, and MPGH VIP trial demo could be up sometime this year, so many threads have been made on:
'____ many posts to download hacks'
'Secret section for hacks'
'Thanks for hacks'
'Rep for hacks'

exactly y VIP features are not allowed.
I say combat arms elite hack section open to anyone with 100+ posts that way none of the choobs can get in but fairly active users can. And take all this semi opk shit out of the hacks.
