Need help STILL!

ive tryed the texure hack i didnt work and noones told me how to manually install so i need another texture hack or someone tell me how to manually install!

1) Download packscape
2) Install it
3) Extract the texture hack in any folder
4) make a backup of your iwd files
5) open the iwd files you wanna modify with packscape
6) Put the iwi files you downloaded in the correct iwd file.
7) save
8) try.

i think he was looking for player skins if not owell
