Use XP, it doesn't work on 7 (and maybe Vista).

Dunno, ask the creator if it still works - currently I only have Win 7.

Btw, warrock is a lot harder to code then Combat Arms/Combat Arms Europe.
No offence, but even my brother can code Combat Arms in D3D.

But the WarRock D3D9 bases are 10x Bigger in size & Lines then Combat Arms D3D9

No they are not i have released plenty of war rock hacks and ca hacks and nearly the same amount of lines.

Ive coded Combat Arms Europe base with only a amout of 1.8k of lines.
Ive coded same menu in WarRock with an ammount of 8.9k lines
