Photoshop

I need Photoshop CS4 or CS3 32 BIT, 64 Bit and CS5 do not work for me. I always get "Can not read this type of File" thing, I did plug ins and all that stuff. Please

a download or thread with download

you can always use paint...photoshop isnt the only way to edit skins and theres a thread about it in the tuts i believe
