PLEASE HELP!

Hey Guys, Well, im having a problem whn trying to mod. First off, I need Photoshop, and the links don't work in the sticky. That my biggest problem. Also, when I tried using Portable Photoshop, it said that I could not open the gun file when tryin t mod the M16A3. I even converted it to Lith. Please help guys. Thanks!

You need to put the plugins in the right folder. and take them out.
