Science Question
Inferences are the facts, figures, and other evidence gathered through observation true or false ?
It's a hypothesis/estimates based on observations/statistics etc. So I assume it would be true.
I dont get it.

Inference is like assuming. I think its True.
FALSE. Inferences are like deductive reasoning. You use the data to help develop a hypothesis and not the other way around.

Inferences are not necessarily true, while facts, figures, and other evidence are. Inferences are assumed based on the data. In science, you should try to never make inferences because they reduce the validity of experiments. Base all conclusions on facts, not inferences.
