yes, i got this once, but i just logged off windows and logged back in and it worked

Go to your CA folder and then to the Hshield

In there go to the update folder then run update.exe

If it still doesn't work, your AV/firewall may be restricting it's access to the internet (To update HS), so disable them while playing CA.
