gamma = brightness.. its in the settings cog under graphics

do u mean gamma or the program? either way the answer is yes.

and gamma is basically how well you want to be able to see. If you go into a map like Dark Forest or Rattle Snake with low gamma.. then turn your gamma all the way up and go back in.. you'll see what i mean

i would give the same advice about your gamma. The red X that is your crosshair with any melee weapon could match the color of enemy name tags if your gamma is too low.
