CA VIP

Well I didn't know where to post this but w/e
*Suggestions from people WITH the VIP working for them
Ok well I just bought the VIP today, and i downloaded, extracted, all that and when I ran the Authenticator, put in my info and clicked Authenticate, it told me I had already used my authentication code on another account...
My first time getting the VIP and running authenticator, so idk what to do or whats going on
any suggestions/help?
