Heres the story:
I wanted to make my iPod Touch a Wifi Hotspot of its own, I downloaded a Cydia app called "MyWi Cracked" that made me stuck in Safe Mode. So, I uninstalled that, and installed "MyWi" (non-cracked, legit version) and it got unstuck from Safe Mode. But MyWi had not been working, and I couldn't join my own Wifi network because of it, so I uninstalled it. And naturally, when you uninstall a Cydia app, you must restart your iPod Touch (many apps, not all). So, it got restarted. I waited.. And waited, for hours. Its stuck on the Apple Boot Logo, when I start it up. It only has the Apple Logo, the loading circle, and a few dead pixels (side-effect from jailbreak). I have tried to restore, but.. When I hold the home button & power button, it shows that the iPod Touch is out of battery, I even left to charge it overnight, but it won't charge. I can't open my iPod in iTunes, and I can't SSH in.

Whoever is able to help me, will be granted my eternal respect, thanks and rep. (Pretty much all I can give on MPGH)
i used to have a second gen.. cant help much although I would recommend that you re-jail break your ipod with black rain. Its one of the best to use and is simple to do. If that doesnt fix it. You may have discovered a new FUBAR error for the Ipod touch.
i agree with the dude that posted his answer
drain the battery or press and hold HOLD and HOME for a period of time until it turns off.
then reboot i had this so many times happen to me, i shit my pants.
Running iPod 3rd Gen 4.0 Jailbroke (Jailbreakme.com)

Blackrain fails compared to jailbreakme.
