Need Help with Playing Mw2 on PC

I don't wanna buy the game, or use steam because it's not compatable with my visual card.
I could use a tutorial, about it or something. Cause I'm loaded with Mods.
It would be nice if someone could help

NOTE: When I try steam, it crashes steam and dosn't even TRY to start.

Something tells me that you shouldnt even be concerned with trying to run a game if your gfx card cant even handle STEAM of all things.

AlterIWnet is the exact same game, with a few alterations and a private server.
