Free Windows 7

My business teacher had told me, that since Windows 7 came out, all Windows Vista users are entitled to a Free Upgrade of Windows 7, because of how terribly it performs and how slow it is. Can anyone confirm this and tell me how? Cause' I would love to do this.

I don't see why they would get Windows 7.. Vista still works and is still being updated.. Its probably just certain deals like when you buy a new PC. Auhauhuauhahu

And, I asked if Vista users are entitled to it, not if you can get it from a torrent.. I'm not stupid.

I used torrent went from 32bit home premium to 64bit ultimate free and 3 weeks after i had the genuie software problem but i used Remove WAT and it worked like new ^^.
