Going to give you the most common tips that tend to help -
1.) Try restarting PC.
2.) Re-install both games.
3.) Try different mirr-o-rs (I put the -'s in cause the word is filtered somewhy) for downloading the games.
4.) Turn off your anti-virus before starting to and while downloading the game.
If nothing works, wait for someone else to help or contact both games' support.
